How to Order
- For a custom jersey order, you'll want to start by filling out a Custom Art Request. You can do this by clicking the CUSTOM UNIFORM link at the top of RootedCreations.co.
- You'll want to include your Team Name, colors, images, logos, sponsors along with any further instruction you want incorporated with your design into that Art Request. You can also request other garments such as hoodies, shorts, pants, hats etc.
- You can also include any Rooted Creations designs that you’d like incorporated into your design. Remember: All jerseys are custom made, so any design you see on the website can be customized -- Team name, colors, sponsors, etc.
- Once you submit your Art Request, you will be prompted to make a payment for our Art Department to start designing your order.
- Once your Art Request is submitted along with the deposit, you can expect a mockup in the next 2-3 business days. Our Art Department will send you an email with your design, along with instruction on how to make changes or proceed further with your order. Please reply to that email directly with any changes you want to make.
- Once your design is approved, you can submit your order details by filling out our Online Roster Form. For sizing information, please refer to our Size Chart page.
- After you submit your order, we will send you an invoice with payment options. You can browse our prices over on our Price List page.
- Once the design is approved and payment for the order is sent, you're all set. Jerseys can typically be expected in 3-4 weeks with standard shipping. Rush shipping options ARE AVAILABLE to be selected on the Roster Form!
